Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and research potential markets, regions, and customer segments for export sales expansion.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and partners.
Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in target export markets.
Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pricing and legal teams, to determine pricing strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions with customers.
Order Processing and Logistics: Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and operations, to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery of products to international customers.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including production, marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer support, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures for international shipments.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
