General term and conditions for employer: 2022-23

We are pleased to offer our services on the following Terms and Conditions:

We offer facilitated services to maximize quality selection of candidates toward openings, with professional Fees* @ 8.33 %CTC/ best as per industry norms. Applicable for employable human resources* in ALL Categories – Supporting Staff, Management Cadre of Senior, Middle or Junior levels:

2. Payment Terms: Our payment becomes due as the selected candidate joins the company. Our Invoice towards the Professional Fees will be mailed to you and the Payment has to be made within 15-30 days* on joining of the candidate’s in your Company. 
Our claim for the fee will be valid if the candidates join your organization in future. If you hire our candidate without informing us then you have to pay fees, 2 % of candidates annual CTC + 5% invoiced value as penalty.

3. Mode Of Payment: Payments to be made to share upay links/ our Bank Account in favour of Beneficiary, ASPIRE LADDERS/Owner. Confirmation of payment may please be made either by mailing the scanned copy of the counterfoil of the deposit OR by WhatsApp .

4. In case the candidate placed by us leaves the Client’s service on his/her own accord within 60 days from the date of joining, we shall provide a free replacement. 
Delay in payment will lose replacement service.

5. For any communication with the candidate, it has to be done through ASPIRE LADDERS only. In the case of an urgency where the candidate had to be contacted directly, necessary information, in this regard, must be given to us at the earliest.

6.  A Copy of the Offer/Appointment Letter(s) must be forwarded to ASPIRE LADDERS simultaneously after issuing it to the candidate(s).

7. As a token of your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as stated above you are requested to mail us a Scanned copy of this document duly signed with seal by a competent officer of your Company.

8. Non receipt of the scanned copy of the Terms & Conditions within SEVEN days will ensure that the same has been accepted in totto.


10. All requests would be delivered based on written emails confirmations & No claim settlement would be done post 90 days.


11. Policies are to make harmonious sustainable relationships among employer and employee services.


*On successful acceptance of the above t&c, employers have to make advance 1% of invoiced value to initiate the process of required services, which is only refundable* in case refrain/cancel under stipulated requirements. On successful selection of human resources, the referred advance would be adjusted to respective invoiced value. Furthermore, you are advised to share an email requisite at (*Gateway charges are non-refundable)
